The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment Result 2025 on October 8, 2025 . Candidates can access their allotment status in PDF format on the official MCC website. This round allocates seats based on choices locked by candidates before the registration period closed on October 5, 2025 .
This third round of counselling includes 15,796 MBBS seats. An additional 138 seats were also part of the choices available to candidates.
How to Download NEET UG Round 3 Allotment Result
- Visit the official MCC website for UG Counselling atmcc.nic.in.
- Click the "UG Medical Counselling" tab.
- Locate and click the "NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment 2025" link after its release.
- Log in using your NEET UG Roll Number and password.
- The seat allotment letter will appear on the screen.
- Download the letter. Print a copy for your records and for reporting to your allotted college.
Important Reporting Instructions
Candidates allotted seats in Round 3 must report to their respective colleges between October 9 and October 17, 2025 . Failure to report during this period will result in seat cancellation and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Candidates must gather all necessary documents for reporting. This includes original copies and two sets of photocopies.

- Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
- Valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport)
- Eight passport-size photographs
- Provisional allotment letter
Once a candidate joins an allotted college in Round 3, they cannot resign or upgrade their seat. This makes them ineligible for the stray vacancy round or any subsequent counselling rounds for the current academic year.
