Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the TMU Global Partner Scholarship Program 2025, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (for Master’s applicants) or a Master’s program (for Ph.D. applicants) at one of the following:
• A Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU) partner institution.
• A higher education institution located in one of Tokyo’s sister cities or in another Asian country/region.
• Currently working at a research institution, government organization, or company within Tokyo’s sister cities or another Asian country/region.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and innovation, aiming for the betterment of Tokyo and global society.
• Possess proficiency in either Japanese or English.
