About This Scholarship
The Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scholarship Scheme, Maharashtra 2025-26, is a key initiative by the Maharashtra State Government. It aims to support students from Economically Backwards Classes (EBC) in pursuing higher education.
The primary objective is to enable EBC students to enroll in various professional courses. These include MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPTh, BOT, B.Sc Nursing, BUMS, BP&O, and BASLP.
Selected students will benefit from a 50% reimbursement of both tuition fees and development fees. The selection process is straightforward, based entirely on the fulfillment of the specified eligibility criteria.
The application deadline for this scheme is 31 March 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must:
• Be a domiciled resident of Maharashtra.
• Belong to the Economically Backwards Classes (EBC) category.
• Have an annual family income of not more than ₹8,00,000.
• Have secured admission under the general/EBC category.
• Have applied for a degree course in one of the following disciplines at a government-aided, corporation, or private unaided college:
• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
• Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPTh)
• B.Sc. Nursing
• Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS)
• Bachelor's in Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO)
• Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)
• Dual-Degree programs (if applicable)
Required Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
• Domicile certificate
• HSC and SSC marksheet (for new applicants)
• Parents' Income certificate
• Previous year's marksheet
• Aadhaar card
• Father's PAN card
• Student's PAN card (optional)
• Mother's PAN card (optional)
How to Apply
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:
1. Click on the 'Apply Now' button, typically found on the official scholarship portal.
2. Proceed to the 'Register' button and complete the required registration details. If you are already registered, log in using your Gmail, Mobile number, or Email ID.
3. Navigate to the 'New Applicant Registration' button, located on the right-hand side of the dashboard, and click on it.
4. Fill in all necessary details, verify your email and phone number, enter the captcha code, and then click on the 'Register' button.
5. After successfully registering on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button, which is also on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
6. Log in using your unique username and password.
7. Complete all necessary details, upload the required documents, and finally, submit your application.
