Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
• Belong to one of the following social categories:
General
Scheduled Caste (SC)
Scheduled Tribe (ST)
Unclean Occupation
Other Backwards Classes (OBC)
Minorities (including Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi communities).
• Be currently pursuing studies in Classes 9 or 10 in recognised educational institutions within the state of Uttar Pradesh.
• Fulfil the respective annual family income criteria based on their category:
• For General, SC, and ST categories: The annual family income from all sources must be less than ₹2,50,000.
• For OBC and Unclean Occupation categories: The annual family income from all sources must be less than ₹2,00,000.

Required Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents along with their application:

• A duly filled application form.
Residential Proof: Acceptable documents include Aadhaar card, electricity bill, gas bill, ration card, voter ID, PAN card, or driving license.
Marksheets/Certificates of the last qualifying examination.
Caste Certificate (mandatory if applicable, for SC, ST, OBC, or Minority categories).
Income Certificate to verify the family's annual income.
Fee Receipt, Admission Proof, or Student ID from the current educational institution.

How to Apply

Eligible applicants can follow these detailed steps to successfully apply for the scholarship:

1. Navigate to the official scholarship application portal.
2. If you are a new user, click on the 'Register' button and accurately fill in all the required registration details. If you are already registered, proceed to log in using your Gmail account, mobile number, or registered email ID.
3. On the portal, locate and click the 'Students' tab. From the subsequent drop-down list, select 'New Registration'. (If you have registered previously for another scholarship, click 'Login Fresh' and then select the appropriate scholarship from the options provided).
4. Carefully select the respective scholarship option by clicking on it to proceed.
5. Click on the link for One-Time Registration (OTR). It is crucial to read all the provided details thoroughly before proceeding.
6. Tick the confirmation box after understanding the instructions, and then click 'Proceed'.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions precisely to generate your OTR. This OTR will be essential for your application.
8. Once your OTR is generated and validated, use it for login and diligently follow the instructions to complete all sections of the online application form.
9. Upload all necessary supporting documents as specified in the requirements section, and then submit your application.

Important Note: After successfully submitting your application online, it is mandatory for students to take a printout of the completed application form. This printout, along with all the required attached documents, must then be submitted to their respective educational institutions for further processing and verification.
