The Post-Matric Tuition Fee and Examination Fee (Freeship), Maharashtra 2025-26, is an initiative by the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Post-Matric Tuition Fee and Examination Fee (Freeship), Maharashtra 2025-26, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

• Be a domicile of Maharashtra.
• Belong to either the Scheduled Caste (SC) or Neo-Buddhist community.
• Be currently studying in Class 11 or any higher class in a government-recognised institution located within the state of Maharashtra.
• Have successfully passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination or an equivalent matriculation exam.
• Have an annual family income from all sources that is less than or equal to ₹2,50,000.

Required Documents

Income certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
Caste certificate as proof of belonging to the SC or Neo-Buddhist community.
Caste validity certificate.
Marksheet for the last examination passed.
Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) marksheet.
• Additional income certificate, if specifically required by the application process.
Hostel certificate, if the applicant resides in a hostel and claims related benefits.
Common Admission Process (CAP) round allotment letter, if admission was through CAP.
Disability certificate, if applicable, for applicants with disabilities.

How to Apply

Eligible applicants can apply for the Post-Matric Tuition Fee and Examination Fee (Freeship) by following these steps:

2. Click on the 'Register' button and complete the necessary registration details. If you are already registered, log in using your Gmail, mobile number, or Email ID.
3. If registering as a new applicant, navigate to the 'New Applicant Registration' button on the dashboard and click on it.
4. Proceed to fill in all the required personal and academic details. Ensure you verify your email and phone number, enter the captcha code, and then click on the 'Register' button.
5. Upon successful registration on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button, usually found on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
6. Log in to your applicant account using your designated username and password.
7. Finally, fill in all the remaining necessary details in the application form, upload the required documents, and submit your application.
