• A monthly stipend of ₹1,400, disbursed for 11 months of the academic year.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be an Indian citizen.
• Be a domicile of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Be a permanent resident of the state.
• Belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category of Arunachal Pradesh, as officially specified by the central or state government.
• Be pursuing studies in an institution of higher education that is recognized by relevant state/central regulatory bodies (e.g., UGC, AICTE, MCI, DCI, BCI, CCH, etc.).
• Be pursuing one of the following approved courses of study:
• B.A./B.Com./B.Sc./B.E./B.Ed/B.P.Ed./B.C.A./B.B.A./B.V.Sc./B.Tech/B.F.A
• M.A./M.Com/M.Sc./M.Phil/M.Ed./M.P.Ed./M.C.A./M.B.A./M.Tech/M.P.M.C./M.F.A.
• English/Tourism/Hospitality Management Diploma
• LLB/LLM
• PGDMC
• Ph.D.
• C.A.
Important Notes regarding eligibility:
• Students enrolled in distant or correspondence courses are ineligible.
• Students who are employed full-time are ineligible.
• Applicants with a negative disciplinary record will be deemed ineligible.
• Students maintaining a monthly attendance of less than 75%, without valid and certified reasons, will be ineligible for the scholarship.
Required Documents

• Arunachal Pradesh ST Certificate: A valid certificate proving the applicant's Scheduled Tribe status and domicile in Arunachal Pradesh.
• Marksheet of last qualifying examination: A copy of the mark sheet from the most recently passed academic examination, demonstrating academic performance.
