About This Scholarship
Monash University, Australia invites applications for the Monash International Leadership Scholarship 2020 from undergraduate and postgraduate (coursework) degree applicants. This scholarship aims to identify and support potential students who can become ambassadors for the university.
Four students selected annually will receive significant financial assistance, making higher education more accessible.
The scholarship offers several key benefits:
• 100% course fee payment, significantly reducing the financial burden of study.
• An invitation to apply for a coveted place in Monash Minds, a prestigious leadership program specifically designed for first-year students.
• Opportunities for participation or profiling in Monash marketing, recruitment, and promotional events, enhancing the scholar's profile and experience.
Selection of scholars will be primarily based on academic merit and a compelling application statement (up to 500 words).
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Monash International Leadership Scholarship 2020, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
• Be an international student.
• Intend to enrol in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) degree at an Australian campus of Monash University.
• Hold an offer for a full-time course at Monash University.
• Not be in receipt of any other scholarship, grant, or financial incentives funded by Monash University or sponsored by other bodies/institutions.
Important Exclusions:
• Current students of Australian Year 12 are not eligible.
• Students enrolling in specific programs, including Bachelor of Medical Science, Doctor of Medicine, Master of Business Administration, or Monash Pathway programs, are not eligible.
• Students transferring from another Monash campus or applying to Monash from another Australian University are also ineligible to apply for this scholarship.
