The Max Weber Fellowships 2025, provided by the European University Institute (EUI), offers a prestigious opportunity for international PhD holders. This fellowship aims to support early-career academics in various fields, fostering a vibrant research environment.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Max Weber Fellowships 2025, an applicant must fulfill the following criteria:
• Have received a PhD degree within the past 5 years. Alternatively, applicants must have official approval to defend their thesis by 1 September of the fellowship start year.
• Not be currently enrolled in or employed by the European University Institute (EUI) at the application deadline. Please note that former EUI members can apply only after at least one year of full-time employment or fellowship elsewhere.
• Demonstrate English proficiency at the C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). This ensures effective participation in the research and academic environment.

How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply for the Max Weber Fellowships 2025 by following these steps:
