About This Scholarship
The Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2025-26 is a significant initiative designed to support meritorious girl students across India in pursuing professional graduation programs. This scholarship aims to empower young women by alleviating financial barriers to higher education.
Selected scholars will receive financial assistance until the completion of their professional graduation course or degree. This includes coverage for essential academic expenses such as tuition fees, hostel fees, internet, transportation, laptops, books, and stationery. The application deadline for this scholarship is October 31, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2025-26, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• The scholarship is open exclusively for meritorious girl students across India.
• Applicants must have scored at least 75% or more marks or an equivalent CGPA in their Class 12 board examinations.
• The applicant's annual family income must be less than INR 6,00,000.
• Candidates must have secured admission to the first year of graduation programs in the academic year 2025-26.
• The admission should be in institutes of repute, specifically those that are NIRF/NAAC accredited, for professional graduation degrees such as:
• Engineering
• MBBS
• Integrated LLB (5 Years)
• Integrated BS-MS/BS-Research in ISER, IISC (Bangalore)
• Other professional courses (e.g., Design, Architecture).
• Children of employees of Kotak Mahindra Group, Kotak Education Foundation, and the official website are not eligible to apply for the Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2025-26.
Required Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents to support their application:
• Marksheet of the previous qualifying examination (Class 12).
• Income proof of parents/guardians.
• ITR of parents for FY 2024-25 (if available).
• Fee structure for the academic year 2025-26.
• Bonafide student certificate/letter from the college.
• College seat allocation document.
• College entrance examination scorecard.
• Aadhaar card.
• Bank passbook.
• A recent passport-size photograph.
• Disability certificate (if applicable).
• Death certificate of parent (for single parent/orphan candidates).
• Photographs of the house.
