• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets for verification of foundational academic achievements.
• Proof of family income, which can include ITR returns, salary slips, or letters from government authorities like Gram Panchayat, Ward Counsellor, Sarpanch, SDM, DM, CO, or Tehsildar.
• Proof of identity, such as a PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or Driving License.
• A copy of the applicant's Bank passbook for financial verification and scholarship disbursement.
• To verify the parent's profession as an HMV Driver, applicants must provide any of the following documents:
• The Commercial Driving License of the parent (specifically for drivers).
• A Shramik Card.
