Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must:
• be a resident of Goa for at least 10 years preceding the date of application
• be a regular trainee of any Government ITI in Goa
• belong to one of the following categories:
• BPL (Below Poverty Line) Family
• Scheduled Caste (SC) Community
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) Community
• Physically Handicapped (PwD)
• have an annual family income of up to ₹3,00,000
