The Forrest Research Foundation PhD Scholarship 2026 is a prestigious financial award designed to support exceptional PhD students from around the world. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive financial support. This includes a stipend of up to AUD 38,440 (approximately ₹34,10,531) per annum, which is indexed annually. In addition to the stipend, the scholarship provides an accommodation allowance and various other benefits to support the students throughout their doctoral studies.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Forrest Research Foundation PhD Scholarship 2026, an applicant must fulfill the following criteria:

• Have applied for admission to a PhD program and will begin enrolment in 2026 as an internal student at Curtin’s Bentley campus.
• Not currently be enrolled in, nor have previously undertaken, a PhD or other research doctorate studies.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours or an equivalent qualification.
• Intend to reside at Forrest Hall. Residency exemptions may be granted by the Foundation’s Governors on a case-by-case basis.
• Be eligible for full-time enrolment at Curtin University by the scholarship start date.
