About This Scholarship
The CM Minority Meritorious Girls Incentive Scheme is offered by the Minority Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to support female students belonging to minority sections through financial aid, helping them continue their education.
The scheme provides financial grants to eligible students based on their academic performance at different levels. For High School, Munshi, or Maulvi equivalent examinations, students achieving 60% marks and above can receive ₹10,000. This increases to ₹15,000 for those with 70% marks and above, and ₹20,000 for students who secure 80% marks and above.
Similarly, for Intermediate or Alim equivalent examinations, grants start at ₹15,000 for 60% marks and above. Students with 70% marks and above are eligible for ₹20,000, and those with 80% marks and above can receive ₹25,000. These grants are directly transferred to the bank accounts of the eligible students.
Applications for this scheme are accepted every year, typically starting from July and running until August 31st. Eligible students are encouraged to apply early to avail the benefits as soon as possible. Candidates are selected on a rolling basis, primarily based on merit.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must fulfill the following criteria:
• Be a domicile of Uttarakhand.
• Be an unmarried female student belonging to a minority community of the state.
• Not exceed 20 years of age as of 1st July of the application year.
• Have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their High School examination or its equivalent (Munshi/Maulavi) and Intermediate or its equivalent (Alim) examination from the Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education/Madrasa Board.
• Either be the child of parents living below the poverty line, OR have an annual family income from all sources not exceeding ₹81,000 (for rural areas) or ₹1,03,000 (for urban areas).

• Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination
• Family Income Certificate (Issued by Tehsildar and not older than 1 year from the date of application)
• Front Page of Bank Passbook (showing account details)
• Minority Community Certificate
• Self-declaration certificate confirming the applicant is unmarried
• Domicile Certificate of Uttarakhand
• Aadhaar Card
How to Apply
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:
