About This Scholarship
The Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship Scheme 2025-26 is an initiative by the Sant Nirankari Mandal. This scheme aims to support students pursuing degree and diploma courses in recognised institutions across India.
Selected students will receive a scholarship award. This financial assistance covers up to ₹50,000 per year, or the tuition/annual fees payable each year, whichever amount is less. The scheme is designed to help deserving candidates overcome financial hurdles in their academic journey.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship Scheme 2025-26, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Have secured a minimum of 60% marks in Class 10 and 12 or equivalent examinations.
• Have an annual family income below ₹3,50,000.
• Be pursuing a diploma in Engineering or a degree in one of the following courses offered by a recognised institution in India:
• B.A./B.A. (Hons)
• B.Com./B.Com. (Hons)
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
• D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education)
• B.Sc.
• Hotel Management
• B.B.A. (Bachelor of Business Administration)
• GNM
• B.C.A. (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
• M.Com. (Master of Commerce)
• M.Sc. (Master of Science)
• M.A. (Master of Arts)
• M.C.A. (Master of Computer Applications)
• Diploma/degree or training in any Sport, Instrumental Music, or Vocal Music
However, the following students/applicants are NOT eligible for financial assistance under this scholarship scheme:
• Students who have been admitted through the management/convener quota or any other quota of the university/educational institution.
• Students who have failed in any of the subjects in any of the previous semesters/years.
• Applicants who have been detained in any semester/year examination due to a shortage of attendance.
• Applicants who have been penalized by the university or the institute for any act of indiscipline during the course.
• Students who have taken scholarships from any other source.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following required documents along with their application:
• Application form
• Passport-size photo & signature
• Attested copy of post-graduation mark list (if applicable for relevant courses)
• Copy of Aadhaar card
• Consent letter from the guide (if applicable for research or guided programs)
• Attested copy of Joining Report
• Affidavit certified by the guide stating that the applicant is not receiving any other fellowship (if applicable)
• University registration order copy
• Bank passbook
Important Note: All documents that are attached must be self-attested.
How to Apply
Eligible applicants can apply for the Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship Scheme 2025-26 by following these steps:
1. Visit the official website and locate the scholarship application section.
2. Register if you are a new user, providing the required details. If already registered, log in using your Gmail, mobile number, or email ID.
3. Navigate through the portal and locate the 'Form of the Scholarship Scheme' button, then click on it.
4. Fill in all the required details accurately in the scholarship application form.
5. Attach all necessary documents, ensuring they are self-attested as per the guidelines.
6. Submit the completed application form and all attached documents exclusively through speed post. Ensure your application reaches the designated address on or before November 30, 2025.
