West Bengal NEET PG 2025 Bond Policy

Discontinuation Bond Penalties
- A Rs 3 lakh penalty applies to candidates discontinuing MD or MS courses. This bond is enforceable whether discontinuation occurs before or after admission to the program.

- West Bengal’s policy imposes no discontinuation bond for DNB (Diplomate of National Board) courses.
Mandatory Service Obligations
- Open category candidates completing MD or MS programs must serve a bond period of three years .
- PG diploma students must fulfill a mandatory service period of two years .
- DNB post-diploma two-year degree seats are not included in this NEET PG counselling process and are exempt from these service obligations.
Bond Submission Procedures
Candidates must submit a discontinuation and indemnity bond at the time of admission. This document requires non-judicial stamp paper with a minimum valuation of Rs 100 . Additional demy sheets are necessary if content exceeds the initial stamp paper. The completed bond is submitted directly to the candidate’s allotted college during admission.
