The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has announced revised dates for the Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 third round of counselling. Candidates can register for this round on the official website, hnbumu.ac.in.
The deadline to surrender, withdraw, or resign seats from rounds one and two of counselling, with forfeiture of the security deposit, is February 5 , by 5 p.m. This applies to candidates who were allotted seats in earlier rounds.
Candidates in the NRI category have until February 4 to apply for the Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 third round. The process for seat surrender, withdrawal, or resignation for NRI candidates from rounds one and two also closes on February 4.
Admission to MD, MS, and DNB courses requires a registration fee of ₹10,000. An additional, non-refundable security amount of ₹2,00,000 is also mandatory.

Candidates must bring the following documents for Uttarakhand NEET PG counselling:
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- MBBS mark sheets and provisional degree certificate
- Seat allotment letter
- NEET PG admit card and scorecard
- Uttarakhand domicile certificate
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Valid photo ID proof
- One-year compulsory rotating internship completion certificate
- Ward of Kashmir migrant certificate (if applicable)
