The Uttar Pradesh government declared the UP NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round allotment results today. Candidates must download their allotment orders from the official website, upneet.gov.in. All admitted candidates must report to their assigned college by February 28 .
UP NEET PG Stray Vacancy Round
A total of 1,409 candidates registered for Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Master of Surgery (MS), and diploma courses. Another 162 candidates applied for Diplomate of National Board (DNB) counseling.
Recent changes by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare reduced the NEET PG cut-off percentile to zero . The cut-off marks were also lowered to -40. This made all candidates who appeared for the exam eligible. The lowest qualifying mark among registered candidates for this round was -5 .
The Director General Medical Education (DME) UP stated that candidates who fail to join after being allotted a seat will forfeit their security deposit . These candidates will also be debarred from NEET PG counseling for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Applicants must present all original documents at admission. The DME UP warned that any invalid or fake documents submitted will result in criminal action and strict penalties .
Rajshree Medical Institute Cuts Fees
Rajshree Medical Research Institute in Bareilly has significantly reduced tuition fees for select MD and MS courses for the 2025-26 academic session. This change was communicated to the DME UP.
Pre-clinical courses like MD Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry now cost Rs 11,000 annually. This is a reduction from the previous fee of Rs 11,52,000, marking a 99% decrease .
MD Community Medicine fees are now Rs 1,00,000, down from Rs 11,52,000. MD Pharmacology and Microbiology fees have been set at Rs 50,000, also a substantial reduction from Rs 11,52,000.
The fee for MD Pathology has been reduced to Rs 8,00,000 from Rs 16,08,912.
