Uttar Pradesh has released the UP NEET PG stray vacancy merit list. Candidates can now begin filling choices for remaining MD, MS, and diploma seats. The Director General Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, published the list on the official website, upneet.gov.in. A total of 1,409 candidates registered for MD, MS, and diploma courses. The lowest qualifying mark recorded was -5.
Additionally, 162 candidates registered for the UP NEET PG (DNB) counselling process. These candidates registered after the initial three rounds of counselling concluded. Students admitted in earlier rounds could resign from their seats by February 21. This allowed them to participate in the stray vacancy round.
UP NEET PG Final Round Schedule
The final round counselling schedule for UP NEET PG has also been announced. The deadline for candidates to fill their choices is 3:00 PM on February 24. The seat allotment result for this round will be declared on February 25. Admissions for successfully allotted candidates must be completed between February 25 and February 28.
Eligibility for Choice Filling
Eligibility for choice filling is limited to candidates who completed their online registration. They must have also deposited the required security amount. This ensures commitment to the counselling process.

The UP government recently set fee structures for six private medical colleges. Caps were established at up to Rs 25 lakh for clinical PG courses. Non-clinical programmes have a cap of Rs 10 lakh.
