After this online window closes, specific types of corrections will require an offline submission process.
Online Corrections Permitted
Only registered school principals can log in to the UPMSP portal to make necessary adjustments. The following details can be corrected online:
- Subjects for Class 10th and 12th students.
- Student’s registered class details.
- Spelling errors in student names.
- Spelling errors in parents’ names.
- Gender information.
- Caste category.
- Student photographs.
- Incorrect serial numbers for High School registrations, particularly for Class 11 students.
Offline Correction Procedure
Certain critical corrections cannot be processed through the online portal and require a physical submission. These include changes to a student’s date of birth, complete modifications to student names, full changes to parents’ names, and any requests for the deletion or restoration of student details.
For these specific corrections, school principals must submit the required documents offline to their respective District School Inspector’s office. The final deadline for submitting these offline correction requests is October 31, 2025 .
