The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released city intimation slips for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2025 Tier 2. Separately, SSC has revised the application correction dates for the Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2026.
Candidates can access their SSC CGL 2025 Tier 2 city details by logging into the designated candidate module on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in . Login requires registration credentials like application number and password.
SSC CGL 2025 Tier 2 Exam Details
SSC released the city information early to help candidates plan travel and other arrangements for the exam. The city slip only provides the exam city name. Full details, including examination date, shift timing, reporting time, and exam centre address, will appear on the admission certificate.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Admit Card Release
The SSC CGL 2025 Tier 2 admit card will become available for download two to three days before the examination date. Candidates will access it through the same login module on the SSC website. The commission stated that detailed instructions were published on June 9, 2025 .
The SSC CGL 2025 Tier 2 exam is scheduled for January 18 and January 19 . A total of 1,39,395 candidates qualified for this stage. The recruitment drive aims to fill 14,582 vacancies across various government posts.
Before the Tier 2 exam, SSC also released the final answer key, candidates’ response sheets, and marks for the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1. Candidates can view these on the official website. The link to download response sheets and check marks remains active until February 8, 2026 .
SSC GD 2026 Form Correction Dates Revised
The application correction window for the Constable (GD) exam 2026 has been rescheduled. It will now be open from January 10 to January 13 . Previously, the correction window was set from January 8 to January 10, 2026.
During this revised period, candidates can make corrections to their online application forms. They must also complete payment of any applicable correction charges through the SSC portal. The commission confirmed that only the correction window and payment timeline have changed. All other terms and conditions for the Constable (GD) exam 2026 remain the same, according to the official notice.
