Eligibility for Round 3
Candidates seeking to participate in Round 3 have specific eligibility criteria. All newly registered candidates are eligible. Those who had a joined status from Round 2 can also participate without forfeiting their earlier security deposit. They can upgrade their deposit if required.
Candidates who did not secure an allotment in Rounds 1 or 2 are eligible. This includes those who resigned without losing their security deposit. Candidates who did not join after Round 2, or resigned after Round 2 with forfeiture of their security deposit, must re-register and pay the security amount again to be eligible.
