This fifth counselling round specifically targets the allotment of vacant BDS seats. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) issued updated guidelines for this special round. This ensures all available seats in dental colleges are filled.
Application and Eligibility Details
Candidates previously not registered can apply in Round 5. Those who forfeited their security amount in Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 2 allotment are also eligible to re-apply. All applicants must meet the specified eligibility criteria for participation.
A security deposit is required to participate in the Rajasthan NEET 2025 BDS admissions process. Candidates opting for private dental colleges must submit Rs 10,000 . This fee secures the option course in these institutions. However, specific groups of candidates are exempt from this new deposit.
Candidates who previously deposited higher amounts automatically qualify. These include those who paid Rs 10,000, Rs 50,000, Rs 1 lakh, Rs 2 lakh, or Rs 5 lakh. They are automatically eligible to fill choices for private dental colleges without an additional deposit.
Who Can Apply for Round 5?
- Registered candidates who received no seat allotment in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, or the stray vacancy round.
- Registered candidates allotted a seat in Round 1. These candidates must have exited or resigned without forfeiting their security amount. They did not upgrade in Round 2.
- Candidates allotted a seat and upgraded in Round 2, but did not join the allotted institution. They received no subsequent seat in Round 3 or the stray vacancy round after re-registration.
- Newly registered candidates are eligible.
- Candidates who have re-registered are also eligible to apply.
