GMAC originally set the deadline for October 10. The council moved the date due to an increase in application volume. Over 50 prominent Indian business schools accept NMAT scores for admissions.
Applicants for NMAT 2025 must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% aggregate score. Final-year graduation students can apply provisionally. The examination has no restrictions based on academic stream.
Top institutions considering NMAT scores include NMIMS Mumbai, SPJIMR, TAPMI Manipal, and XIMB Bhubaneswar. These are among India’s top management education providers.
How to Register for NMAT 2025
Candidates must use the official GMAC website to register for the NMAT 2025 examination.

- Create an applicant account.
- Enter personal details such as name, date of birth, and contact information.
- Submit academic and work history.
- Select up to five preferred business schools free of charge. Each additional selection costs ₹300.
- Upload a recent passport-sized photograph.
- Pay the registration fee of ₹3,000 , plus any applicable taxes.
The registration portal closes on October 18 . All prospective candidates must submit their applications by this date.
