B-School Selection and Retake Options

During the NMAT application process, candidates can select up to five business schools to receive their scores without incurring additional charges. For each institution chosen beyond these initial five, a processing fee applies.

The NMAT exam is widely recognized, with 57 business schools in India accepting its scores. Notable institutions include NMIMS, KJ Somaiya, and TAPMI. Globally, NMAT scores are also accepted by colleges in the Philippines, Nigeria, South Africa, Hungary, and Morocco.

Candidates are allowed to attempt the NMAT exam more than once. The retake registration window activates only after an applicant has completed their first NMAT 2025 attempt. This provides an opportunity for students to improve their scores if desired.
