A class 12 student in Nagpur died by alleged suicide Monday evening. The student, identified as Nikita Bansod , 18, was found hanging in her room. Police are investigating the incident.

Bansod reportedly returned home around 3:30 PM on Monday. She had just completed her Physics examination. Her brother and mother found her later that evening. They discovered her hanging in her room. She was taken to Government Medical College and Hospital. Doctors pronounced her dead at the hospital.
