MICAT Eligibility Criteria 2026

- Hold valid scores from CAT 2025, XAT 2025, or GMAT 2025 (with GMAT scores from 2024 also accepted).
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. This degree must be recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Candidates currently in their final year of study for their bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their degree by a specified date.
MICAT Exam Structure
The MICAT examination is structured into three distinct sections to assess various abilities:
- Section A: Psychometric Test – Evaluates personality traits and suitability for a communication-centric environment.
- Section B: Descriptive Test – Assesses creative writing, analytical, and communication skills through essay-type questions.

Application Fee
The standard application fee for MICAT 2026 is Rs 2,500 . If a candidate opts to apply for more than one program offered by MICA, an additional admission fee of Rs 500 is required.
