Addressing Registration Issues

The State CET Cell acknowledged the difficulties students faced. A notice stated that “necessary facilitation measures are being provided for such candidates.” This ensures no eligible student is prevented from registering.

Previously, the State CET Cell had made Aadhaar and APAAR ID mandatory for MHT CET 2026 applications. Students were advised to update their Aadhaar details, including photographs and linked mobile numbers, to match their application information.

Commissioner Dileep Sardesai previously stated that mismatches in Aadhaar details would not disqualify candidates. The cell’s action to allow registration without these IDs aims to resolve ongoing issues.

Students can complete their MHT CET 2026 registrations on the official website: cetcell.mahacet.org .
