MHT CET 2026 Registration Extended to Feb 20

The deadline for MHT CET 2026 registrations has been extended to February 20 . This allows students more time to apply for admission to engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture programs. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell announced the extension.

Exam Schedule

The MHT CET 2026 exams are computer-based. The first attempt for Physics, Chemistry, and Maths (PCM) and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) courses will occur between April 1 and April 26 . A second attempt for these courses is scheduled for May 10 to May 17 .

For MBA and MMS programs, the exam will be held from April 6 to April 8 . A second attempt for MBA/MMS admissions is scheduled for May 9 .

Eligibility and Fees

Applicants must have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. Reserved category candidates require 45% marks. All candidates must generate an APAAR ID via DigiLocker before registering.

The registration fee for General category candidates from Maharashtra and outside the state is Rs 1,500 . Candidates from backward classes, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and other gender categories will pay Rs 1,300 .
