The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the final Maharashtra NEET PG seat allotment for 2025 admissions. The list covers MD, MS, and diploma courses. Over 2,000 candidates received seat offers through this third round of counselling.
A total of 4,139 candidates had their admission status detailed in the final allotment list. Of these, 1,248 candidates did not secure a seat. Their preferred choices were unavailable. Another 169 candidates were disqualified. These individuals had already joined or been allotted seats through All India, DNB, or deemed quotas.
The merit list also identified 383 candidates as eligible. These individuals received marks for their service as in-service medical officers.
Action Required for Allotted Candidates
Candidates who received a seat in the third round must report to their assigned college. The reporting period is from February 14 to February 18, ending at 5:30 PM . The deadline to submit a status retention form is also February 18, at 5:30 PM. This form must be submitted in person.
Students need to bring their allotment order. They must also carry all required documents for verification. Payment of prescribed fees is mandatory upon reporting to the college.
In-service Quota Information
The State CET Cell clarified the process for in-service candidates. Those without incentive marks will be considered for the in-service quota. This occurs after the list of in-service candidates with incentive marks is exhausted. The policy follows Clause 4.6 of the Maharashtra Government GR dated July 19, 2023.
