Self-Reporting and Freezing Options
Candidates must submit a self-declaration form to verify allotment details. A non-refundable fee of Rs 1000 is required for seat acceptance, payable online through the candidate’s login.
If a candidate’s first preference is allotted, their seat automatically freezes. These candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee and are ineligible for subsequent rounds. Candidates not allotted their first preference can choose to self-freeze their seat, pay the fee, and forgo further rounds. Alternatively, they can select the ‘NOT Freeze/Betterment’ option, pay the fee, and participate in subsequent rounds for a better seat.
College Reporting and Document Verification
Physical reporting to the allotted college is mandatory for admission confirmation; no proxies are allowed. Candidates must carry original documents for verification. Failure to present required documents or providing false claims will lead to seat cancellation.
