The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the KCET 2026 registration deadline to February 22 . Candidates can now apply for the entrance exam on the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/.
The deadline for paying the KCET application fee has also been moved. Applicants can now submit their fees until February 24 . The KCET 2026 exam is scheduled for April 23 and 24 .
Application Updates
Candidates who have already submitted their applications can make corrections. This facility is available through the application form filling portal on the KEA website. Log in to your account to access and edit your submitted details.
The extension was granted following requests from students. KEA stated the change is for the convenience of applicants. Approximately 2.9 lakh students have registered for KCET 2026 so far, using their Aadhaar numbers for registration.
Of the registered candidates, 2.5 lakh have completed the fee payment. Document verification is also in progress. KEA reported that 1.8 lakh candidates have completed document verification online through SATS.
