Karnataka NEET PG 2025: Choice-Filling Deadline Extended

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the choice-filling deadline for state-level National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET PG) 2025 counselling. Candidates now have until November 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM , to submit their preferred course options. All eligible students can register or modify their choices on the official KEA website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

KEA announced the extension serves “in the interest of the candidates.” This additional time allows applicants to carefully consider and finalize their selections for postgraduate medical courses. It specifically benefits those who have not yet entered their initial preferences or wish to review and change existing selections based on new information.

The Karnataka NEET PG seat matrix for 2025 is available on the KEA website. This document, officially issued by the state government, details all available postgraduate medical course seats. Candidates must review this matrix thoroughly to understand seat availability before finalizing their options. Detailed information assists in making informed decisions.

Applicants may log into the option entry portal and submit choices multiple times before the deadline. KEA advises all candidates to meticulously check their final submission. This final list of preferences will be exclusively used for Round 1 seat allotment. Furthermore, candidates must review all associated fee details. New options will not be permitted during the second round of counselling, making the current submission critical.
