Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams 2026: Dates, Timings, and Schedule

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams Start February 28. Over 7.1 lakh students will take the second Pre-University Certificate (PUC) examinations starting February 28, 2026. The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) administers the exams. A total of 710,363 students registered across 5,174 colleges. The science stream has the largest number of candidates with 292,645 students. Commerce students follow with 211,174 registrations. The arts stream has 142,982 students appearing.

Exam Schedule and Locations

The examinations commence with Kannada and Arabic papers. They will take place at 1,217 centres statewide. The exam period runs until March 11, 2026. Students should adhere to strict exam day guidelines issued by the government. Authorities warn against believing fake question papers circulating online.

Subject-Wise Examination Dates

The KSEAB has released the subject-wise schedule for the 2nd PUC exams. The exams are held in a single shift daily. The shift begins at 10:30 AM and concludes at 1:45 PM. Students must report by 9:30 AM.
