Ranchi, Jharkhand – The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released a revised schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 first round of state quota counselling. The registration deadline for fresh candidates seeking admission to Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Diploma, and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) courses is tomorrow, November 19 .
Candidates already part of the final state merit list published on November 10 do not need to apply again. Those who previously submitted their choices can modify them on November 25 .
NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Counselling Schedule Updates
The provisional state merit list for the first round of online counselling will be published on November 20 . Following this, candidates can submit objections to any discrepancies in their merit rank. The deadline for submitting these objections, along with supporting documents, via email to controller.jceceb@gmail.com is November 21 .
The final state merit list for Round 1 of online counselling is scheduled for publication on November 22 . This list will confirm the definitive ranking for eligible candidates.
Online registration and choice filling for seat allotment will commence on November 23 and conclude on November 24 . Candidates must select their preferred courses and institutes during this two-day window. An exclusive window for editing previously filled choices is set for November 25 .
Provisional seat allotment letters will be issued on November 27 . This letter will confirm the initial seat allocation based on merit and submitted choices.
Subsequently, candidates must complete the certificates/documents verification process and secure admission at their allotted institute. This final stage runs from November 28 to December 3 .
