JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Correction Window Open

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application correction window . Candidates can make changes to their submitted applications until February 28, 2026 . The window is accessible on the official JEE Main website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Application Correction Details

The correction period began on February 27, 2026. It will close at 11:50 PM on February 28, 2026 . Applicants must carefully review and edit only the fields permitted by the NTA. Any additional fees required due to changes must be paid online before the deadline.

How to Make Corrections

Candidates should follow these steps to edit their application:

  • Visit the official JEE Main website.
  • Locate and click the link for the Session 2 application correction.
  • Log in using your application number and password.
  • Select the fields you need to edit.
  • Make the necessary changes and save them before final submission.

Editable and Non-Editable Fields

The NTA has specified which fields can and cannot be altered. Applicants cannot change details such as:

  • Mobile Number
  • E-Mail Address
  • Address (Permanent and Present)
  • Emergency Contact details
  • Photograph of the candidate

Candidates can change specific fields, depending on the initial submission. This includes:

Add a field Paper
Change identity details Identity details (only for candidates not registered with Aadhaar). Aadhaar details can also be changed.
