Internship Duration and Financial Support
The internship period is set for six months, commencing from the intern’s official date of joining. Exceptional candidates may be granted an extension of up to an additional three months, subject to the Ministry’s requirements and internal assessment. An official certificate of internship will be issued solely to those interns who successfully complete the entire six-month period. Each intern will be provided with an honorarium of Rs. 15,000 per month .

The program’s primary objective is to provide interns with practical knowledge regarding the functioning of government departments, particularly in the domain of information, education, and communication. Interns will engage in activities that foster continuous observation, evaluation, and feedback, promoting personal and professional growth. This includes the development of both hard and soft skills, contributing to academic advancement.
