Admission Eligibility
To be eligible for M.Tech admission, candidates must have a B.Tech degree. A minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10-point scale is required.
Applicants with a B.Tech degree and a CGPA of 8.0 or above can apply without a GATE score. Candidates who have cleared the GATE 2026 exam are also eligible.
