Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has concluded its final placement drive for the Class of 2026. The institute reported a highest domestic salary of Rs 1 crore per annum. An international placement offer reached Rs 65 Lakhs per annum (LPA).
Placement Figures Released
Over 580 job offers were secured by students. These offers came from more than 200 domestic and international recruiters. The placement drive involved 599 students. These students are from the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the PGP in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).
The average salary offered was Rs 33.2 LPA. The median package stood at Rs 32.9 LPA. Recruiters offered a range of roles across industries. This included Finance, Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales & Marketing.
Key Recruiters Participated
Major companies that participated include Amazon, Accenture, and Google. Other established recruiters were Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and McKinsey & Company. EY-Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Microsoft also participated.
New recruiters joined the drive this year. These included Accuracy, Agratas, Analysys Mason, and Berger. BlackRock, boAt, and Darwinbox were among the first-time participants. Essar Group, Hero Future Energies, and Uber also extended offers.
Placement Process Details
The placement process adopted a hybrid mode. This allowed for seamless interaction. It accommodated both remote and on-campus participants. This approach ensured inclusivity and accessibility for all.
IIM Lucknow’s 40th batch of the PGP and 21st batch of PGP-ABM participated. The drive successfully placed both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
