Women comprise 29% of the new cohort, marking a significant representation in the executive management program. About the EPGP–IL Programme
The EPGP–IL program is designed for working executives seeking advanced management education. It is delivered through IIM Kozhikode’s technology partner, TimesPro. Participants engage in live, interactive online sessions from their nearest learning centres. These sessions are structured over six academic sections, providing a comprehensive and structured learning experience.
This interactive learning format enables participants to pursue a rigorous postgraduate management qualification without interrupting their professional commitments. The program aims to bridge geographical distances, offering a national classroom experience. IIM Kozhikode states the EPGP–IL curriculum integrates theoretical frameworks, strategic insights, and leadership training. Its goal is to equip executives with the skills necessary to navigate complex business challenges and assume leadership roles in a global environment.

Leadership Statement
