Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released the tentative date sheet for its June 2026 Term-End Examinations (TEE). Exams are scheduled to start on June 1, 2026 , and conclude by July 15, 2026 .
The examinations will be conducted in two daily sessions. The morning session runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The afternoon session is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Students can access the IGNOU June TEE 2026 date sheet on the official university website at ignou.ac.in. The university has stated this schedule is provisional.
The examination form submission portal is expected to open soon. Students with any corrections or discrepancies in the released date sheet should email datesheet@ignou.ac.in by February 27, 2026 .
Practical examination dates will be announced separately by individual IGNOU regional centres. This announcement will not be part of the main date sheet.
Eligibility Criteria for TEE 2026
To be eligible for the Term-End Examinations, candidates must meet specific conditions. These include having a valid registration for the courses they intend to take.
Candidates must also have completed the minimum duration required for their program. Furthermore, all necessary assignments must be submitted before their respective deadlines.
Exam Format and Policies
IGNOU will conduct some exams in an objective format. Others will use a descriptive question pattern. Objective exams will utilize OMR sheets for MCQ responses.
Specific courses requiring an objective (MCQ, OMR) format include BSHF101, FST01, BLI011, BLII012, BLII013, BLII014, PCO1, BEVAE181, BSSS183, DECE01, DECE02, and DECE03.
Changes to exam dates or sessions will not be permitted. This applies to cases involving courses from the same group, backlog subjects from different academic years, or courses across different programs.
Students who have already passed a course but reappear for it in the current TEE will not have their results declared. No fee will be refunded in such instances. Those seeking division improvement must apply separately offline within six months of receiving their marksheet.
