NEW DELHI – The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the examination schedule for its Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional Programmes for June 2026 . The exams will run from June 1 to June 7, 2026 . Candidates registered for these programs can access and download the full timetable from the official ICSI website, icsi.edu.
All examinations will adhere to a single daily session. Each exam is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM . This duration includes a mandatory 15-minute reading period. Candidates receive question papers at 9:00 AM and begin writing answers at 9:15 AM.
About the Company Secretary Qualification
The Company Secretary qualification prepares individuals for a professional role in corporate governance. Company Secretaries advise organizations on legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. They ensure companies operate within statutory frameworks and manage corporate records. These examinations are a key step towards becoming a certified Company Secretary in India.
Examination Programmes and Syllabus
The June 2026 examination cycle includes papers for both the Executive Programme and the Professional Programme. Both programs follow the Syllabus – 2022. The Executive Programme is the second level of the CS course. The Professional Programme is the final stage before obtaining the CS qualification.
