ICSI CS Executive, Professional Results Feb 25

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will release the results for the CS Executive and Professional Programmes on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. These results are for the December 2025 examination session, covering both Syllabus 2022 versions of the programmes.

Result Release Schedule

Candidates can check their results on the official ICSI website, icsi.edu. The results will be announced at different times for each programme. The CS Professional Programme results will be available at 11:00 AM . The CS Executive Programme results will be released at 2:00 PM on the same day.

The result-cum-marks statement will provide a subject-wise breakdown of each candidate’s scores. This formal e-result-cum-marks statement for the Executive Programme will be uploaded to the ICSI website immediately after the results are declared. Candidates will need their Unique ID Number and password to download it.

For the Professional Programme, the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be dispatched physically to candidates’ registered addresses shortly after the result announcement. Candidates who do not receive their physical copy within 30 days of the declaration should contact ICSI at exam@icsi.edu, providing their necessary details.

Upcoming Examination Dates

ICSI has also announced dates for future examination sessions. The next CS Executive and Professional examinations are scheduled from June 1 to June 7, 2026 . The application process for these June 2026 exams will open on February 26, 2026.

Additionally, the ICSI CSEET June 2026 session exams will take place from June 1 to June 4, 2026 . Applications for the CSEET exams will commence on March 1, 2026.
