The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) today declared the Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Foundation results for the December 2025 examination. Candidates can download their scorecards from the official website, icmai.in .
To access results, candidates must use their identification number on the official portal. The ICMAI CMA Foundation exam took place on December 13, 2025 .
Qualifying criteria require candidates to achieve at least 40% marks in each paper. An overall aggregate of 50% across all papers in a single sitting is also mandatory for qualification.
The official scorecard provides key details. These include the candidate’s name, roll number, identification number, and paper-wise marks for each group. It also states the examination status and total marks obtained.
Candidates who have qualified the Foundation exam are now eligible. They can register for the intermediate level of the CMA program.

- Go to the official website: icmai.in .
- Click on the ‘Students’ tab.
- A new page will open; click the ‘Examination’ icon.
- Move your cursor to the ‘Results’ link and click it.
- Another page will display the ‘Result for December 2025 Foundation Examination’ link. Click this link.
- Type your identification number into the field.
- Press the ‘Submit’ button.
- Your ICMAI CMA Foundation Result 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
