The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has opened registration for the CA May 2026 Final exam. Candidates can apply starting March 3, 2026 .
Key Dates and Deadlines
The application deadline without a late fee is March 16, 2026 . Applications with a late fee can be submitted until March 19, 2026 .
A window for application form corrections will be available from March 20 to March 22, 2026 .
Exam Schedule
The ICAI CA May 2026 Final examinations are scheduled for May 14, 16, 18, and 20, 2026 .
Registration Process
Registration occurs exclusively on the ICAI’s SSP Portal . New applicants must create a login ID. Existing users can log in with their credentials.
The process involves:
- One-time registration on the official ICAI website.
- Receiving a username and password via email and SMS.
- Logging in to access the application form.
- Providing accurate, mandatory information. Incomplete forms may be rejected.
Application Fee and Submission
The application fee is payable via Visa/Master/Maestro Credit/Debit Card .
After payment, candidates must download and print the application form. If images or signatures do not appear on the printout, specific steps must be followed.
Two passport-size photographs (3.5X4.5 cm) are required for the printout: one attested and one non-attested. If signatures are missing, candidates must sign in designated areas and have them counter-signed by a parent or guardian.
Attestation and Form Correction
The ICAI CA Foundation application form requires attestation. This can be done by a Chartered Accountant, a Gazetted Officer, or a school/college Principal.
Candidates can change and re-upload their photograph and signature on the SSP portal before submitting the exam form. The dedicated form correction window opens after the initial submission deadline.
