The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMET), Haryana has revised the Haryana NEET PG 2025 Round 3 merit list and allotment results. The updated list is now available on the official counselling website, hry.online-counselling.co.in.
Revised Merit List Details
A total of 999 candidates are included in the revised Haryana NEET PG Round 3 merit list. This is an increase from the previous list, which contained 386 candidates, adding 613 new names.
The revision resulted in 93 candidates , who were previously admitted through the All India Merit List (AIML), being marked ineligible for MD and MS admissions. The new list also includes 170 candidates under the management quota, 86 under the NRI quota, and 90 upgraded candidates .
Counselling and Admissions
Seat allotment for Haryana NEET PG Round 3 was based on candidates’ online preferences, their category, the available seat matrix, and their NEET PG scores and ranks. The most sought-after program is the MS in General Surgery at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences – PGIMS.
Candidates who received seats in this revised Round 3 list must complete their document verification from February 18 to February 19 . Reporting to their assigned colleges is mandatory by February 19 .

- MBBS degree certificate
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- Birth certificate
- Valid identity proof
- Reservation or residence certificates, if applicable
