Registration Procedure and Fees
Eligible applicants must initiate their registration through the official ACPPGMEC website, medadmgujarat.org. To purchase the essential e-PIN, candidates must accurately enter their NEET PG roll number, their name precisely as it appears on their NEET marksheet, a valid email ID, and a mobile number. The registration process requires a non-refundable application fee of Rs 3,000 . Additionally, a refundable security deposit of Rs 25,000 is mandatory for all applicants. This deposit is reimbursed if a candidate does not secure a seat or completes the admission process.
Mandatory Document Verification
Following online registration, an in-person document verification process is scheduled. This verification, along with the submission of photocopies of all required certificates, will occur from 10 am on December 8 to 4 pm on December 9 . Candidates must visit one of the 17 designated help centres located across the state. Timely attendance at the selected help centre is critical to validate application details and submitted documents.
Guidelines for NRI Candidates
NRI candidates have specific additional requirements. After completing their online application, they are mandated to submit a demand draft for Rs 25,000 . This amount serves as a non-refundable processing fee, which must be payable to ACPUGMEC at Gandhinagar. The demand draft must be submitted physically at the office of ACPUGMEC and ACPPGMEC, located at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar. This step is necessary to finalize their application for NRI quota seats.
Required Documents for Counselling
All candidates participating in the Gujarat NEET PG Round 2 counselling must prepare and present the following documents for verification:
- All year attempt-wise MBBS marksheets.
- A clear copy of the NEET PG rank card.
- An internship completion certificate, confirming the internship was completed on or before July 31, 2025 .
- Either a provisional registration certificate from the State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India, or permanent registration.
- A valid document clearly indicating the candidate’s date and place of birth, and proof of Indian citizenship.
- For candidates belonging to SEBC, EWS, ST, and SC categories, a valid caste certificate issued by competent Gujarat authorities.
- A disability certificate, if applicable, issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format.
- A copy of the passport, specifically for candidates holding dual or foreign citizenship.
- The Class 12 marksheet for candidates who completed their MBBS degree outside the state of Gujarat.
- A domicile certificate of Gujarat for candidates who completed their MBBS outside the state.
