The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has cancelled the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) results for 11 students . These cancellations span multiple examination sessions, from June 2021 to June 2025.
Two students from the June 2025 FMGE session had their results cancelled. Additionally, five students from the December 2024 session, two from the June 2023 session, and one each from the June 2022 and June 2021 sessions were affected. The official list details each student’s roll number, name, result status, appeared session, and the specific reason for disqualification.
Consequences of Cancellation
All scorecards previously issued to these 11 debarred students are now void. NBEMS states that any submission of these cancelled results or scorecards for employment, professional registration, academic counselling, or admission processes will be considered unlawful. Institutions are advised to cross-reference their records with the official debarred list.
NBEMS explicitly disclaims any responsibility for issues arising from jobs, admissions, enrollments, or registrations based on these invalidated scorecards. Authorities involved in recruitment or admission must verify candidates against the published list to prevent acceptance of ineligible individuals.
