The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is distributing pass certificates for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2025 session. Qualified candidates must collect their certificates in person. No representatives will be permitted to collect certificates on behalf of candidates.
Distribution will occur at the NBEMS office located at PSP Area, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. The collection period is from February 23 to April 14, 2026 . Candidates should consult their individual entry slips for the specific date and time slot assigned to them. Reporting outside the assigned time may lead to crowding and delays.
Collecting Your Pass Certificate
Candidates must bring original documents as listed in the FMGE Information Bulletin. A printout of the candidate’s ‘Entry Slip’ is also required for entry into the NBEMS office. Candidates should fill out the self-declaration section on the entry slip before arriving.
Verification of original documents and identity will precede certificate issuance. The pass certificate will not be released if these requirements are not met. Candidates must present their original documents and have their identity verified.
Schedule Changes and Deadlines
Candidates unable to attend on their assigned date must request a revised schedule. This request must be submitted via the NBEMS Communication Web Portal (CWP) after April 14, 2026. Reporting on any other day without prior approval is prohibited.
All qualified candidates must collect their pass certificates within six months of the result declaration date. This deadline is July 29, 2026 . Failure to collect the certificate by this date will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s FMGE December 2025 result. No further opportunities for collection will be provided.
