The webinar will feature an opening session addressed by the Prime Minister. This will be followed by parallel breakout sessions on specific budget announcements. A concluding session will wrap up the event.
Participation
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has directed Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) nationwide to invite students and faculty. Participation is encouraged for all sessions: opening, breakout, and concluding.
