CTET Answer Key 2025: Release Date, How to Check & Challenge

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) provisional answer key for the February 2025 exam will be released soon on the official website, ctet.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access and download the answer key by entering their application number and date of birth.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) administered the CTET February 2025 exam for Paper 1 (teaching classes 1-5) and Paper 2 (teaching classes 6-8) from February 7 to February 8. The release of the provisional answer key marks the first step in the post-exam process.

CTET Answer Key Release and Objections

If a candidate’s objection is found to be valid by the CBSE, the ₹1,000 fee will be refunded. The board will then release the final CTET answer key based on these validated objections. The CTET result will be declared after the final answer key is published.

Candidates can follow these steps to check and download their CTET answer key and response sheet:

  2. Locate and click on the link for the “CTET 2025 Answer Key”.
  3. Log in using your application number and date of birth .
  4. The CTET 2025 answer key PDF will be displayed.
  5. Download and save the answer key for future reference.

CTET Answer Key Objection Process

The process for challenging the provisional CTET answer key is as follows:

  1. Go to the official website: ctet.nic.in .
  2. Find and click on the link titled “View image of OMR Sheet, View and Challenge CTET Answer Key”.
  3. Enter your application number , date of birth , and the security pin .
  4. Select the specific question(s) from Paper 1 or Paper 2 you wish to challenge.
  5. Choose what you believe is the correct option and provide a detailed justification. Upload any supporting documents if available.
  6. Pay the objection fee of ₹1,000 per question using a credit/debit card or net banking.
  7. Submit your challenge and save the confirmation page for your records.
